About the role:

We are focused on changing the renewable energy industry and as our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will have an opportunity to be part of this mission.

In this role, you will be integral to our growth. We are on track for explosive growth and this position will be key to our success. Partnering with our leaders, understanding their hiring needs, sourcing amazing talent, and working with the Director of People & Culture to implement programs will be a few key areas of focus.

  • Able to manage competing priorities in an organized and effective way. From sourcing candidates to scheduling and conducting interviews, and working with hiring managers.
  • Experienced and have a proven track record in full-cycle recruitment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Drive the full-cycle recruitment process including understanding the hiring needs and turning the needs into successful talent sourcing.
  • Develop and manage effective talent sourcing strategies, leveraging relationships with universities (co-op programs), social media, networking, and employee referrals. 
  • Conducting regular follow-up meetings with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and act on these needs.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout each stage of the recruitment process.
  • Organize and lead the interview process across Clir.

What you’ll need:

  • Proven success in filling hard-to-fill positions in a highly competitive market.
  • Previous experience in talent acquisition, recruiter, or recruiting as part of your role.
  • Proficiency with ATS, HRIS, and G-Suite is a bonus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects as well as set priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A collaborative mindset.
