  • Motivated to contribute to the design, processes, and growth of a software start-up

What you’ll be doing:

  • Be the main point of contact for new and existing customers
  • Learn from our customers and co-workers while overseeing a variety of wind and solar farms in order to expertly find opportunities and educate our customers on how to best use Clir’s products
  • Managing complex relationships with a mindset of understanding and communicating the value of our products
  • Populate our customer and internal knowledge bases with tool tutorials and industry insights
  • Support Marketing with customer-generated content and guidance on public messaging
  • Opportunity to gain insight to our domain expertise now spanning over 6GW

What you’ll need:

  • A mindset of continuous customer engagement
  • An understanding of wind farm data (SCADA), construction, and operation
  • A positive and helpful attitude, both when educating customers about our product and when working with teammates internally.
  • English language communication skills – written and verbal communication
  • The right to work in the UK or Ireland
  • Experience in a technical role within the wind energy industry
  • Able to travel to customer sites, offices, and conferences when needed

Bonus:

  • Offshore wind experience dealing with operational & maintenance activities, wind inflow analysis, and operational energy yields
  • Consultancy or similar experience in wind farm due diligence, M&A activities, or operational energy yields
  • Professional fluency in non-English language preferably German, Spanish, Mandarin, Hindi

What’s in it for you:

  • Opportunity to work in an inclusive and diverse workplace
  • Be part of a team who are focused on reducing our impact on the environment
  • Professional development benefits
  • Bike2Work program
  • Working location is flexible, with a few days’ travel to customers’ sites every couple of months. We support flexible working hours and a healthy work-life balance. Some morning or evening work will be required to overlap with co-workers in different timezones
